Girls’ Soccer Falls Short Against Severna Park

On Friday Sept. 19, 2014, The Bel Air Girls’ Soccer Team took on the Severna Park Falcons in a very close and athletic match.

The Bobcats fell short against the Falcons in their first overtime match of the season with an end score of 1-0. Throughout the game, the Lady Cats’ put up a fight and displayed their athleticism keeping it a tied game at the end of regulation.

Senior Captain Kayla Klock commented on the team’s determination in their match, “We dominated the entire game, we just need to take advantage of our opportunities especially in our next game against North Harford.”

Overtime between the Bobcats and Falcons remained scoreless until the Falcons took advantage of a break away and scored to end the game.
