Field Hockey Dominates Rams 7-0

On Monday October 16th, 2017 the Bel Air Field Hockey Team defeated the Edgewood Rams by a score of 7-0 at Edgewood Stadium.

An outstanding game was played by the Cats. During the first half the first goal was scored by Emily Coard. Emily had two goals during this game.

Along with Emily, Ali Chmielewski scored her first goal of the season leaving the score 3-0. The cats were full of energy and determination. Mckenna Reichard also scored her first goal of the season assisted by freshman Emma Sanza.

“I came out wanting to win this game, only focused on myself and the players on my team. We came out very strong in the first half and continued to do so in the second” says Emily Coard.

During the second half Peyton Hale scored, along with Maddie Conroy, and Brooke Steg. The final score was 7-0.

“The Field Hockey team really worked together as a whole during this game. I am so proud of each and every girl on this team for how hard we all worked during this game and the entire season. We really are a family and will never give up” says Peyton Hale.
