Boys’ Basketball Falls to Perry hall

On Monday, Dec. 7, 2015, The Varsity Boys Basketball team battled Perry Hall High School and were defeated by the Gators with a score of 89-58.

It was first game of the season for the Bobcats, and they had to endure a tough loss.  A fresh start to the season came crashing down early, as Bel Air’s defense had a tough time containing the high-powered Perry Hall offense.

Bel Air played well offensively, but had much trouble turning the ball defensively. The Bobcats struggled with picking up the rebounds on the defensive side of the court.

Offensively, the team did well enough to put up 58 points on the scoreboard.

“We ran our sets well and pushed the ball down the court effectively,” said Junior Michael Yetter.

Bel Air looks to bounce back this week as they travel to Rising Sun on Friday, Dec. 11 at 7 p.m. Go Bobcats!
