On Monday, Oct. 14, 2013, the Varsity Girls’ Soccer team lost to the C. Milton Wright Mustangs by a score of 3-2, moving their record to 10-2-1

The Lady Bobcats allowed 3 Mustang goals in the first half. Once the Bobcats were able to gather themselves in the second half, Kayla Klock scored two goals, making it a one score game. Even though the Bobcat defense stopped the Mustang offense for the remainder of the game, it was not enough; the Bobcats lost the game 3-2.

Head Coach Joshua Clemmer said, “Our team just needs to clean up our play and continue to progress towards our goals.  If we play the way we are capable during each of our playoff games, then we will go far into the tournament.”

The Bobcats play Northeast High school to wrap up their 2013 regular season.
