On Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014, the Bel Air Bobcats defeated the C Milton Wright Mustangs by a score of 55-36 at home on senior night.

The Bobcats got off to a quick start scoring the first three touchdowns of the game making the score 21-0 at the end of the first quarter.

The second quarter was a different story. The Mustangs scored the next three consecutive touchdowns and an added two point conversion to make the score 22-21 in favor of the Mustangs at the half.

“We came out strong early but C Milton Wright responded. It was a tough battle but I knew we would start the second half strong,” said Senior Andrew Visconti.

The Bobcats recovered an onside kick to start the second half and scored on the ensuing drive to give Bel Air the lead. The Bobcats kept the lead and came out on top at the end of the game.

“It was a great fight and I think we proved a lot to ourselves and others. It’s always nice to win a rivalry game against a good opponent,” said Senior Kyle Hamrick.

The Bobcats will be playing away on Friday, Nov. 7, at Fallston’s stadium under the lights at 7 p.m. Come out and support. Go Bobcats!
