The Emmy-winning comedian and Grammy nominated host is returning for his fifth year in a row. Noah was also the host of the Daily Show, an American late night talk show. While Noah does have a career in tv and film, he also has written an autobiography titled “Born a Crime”. The book is written in two versions, one for adults and one for kids, and both quickly became a New York Times bestseller.
It will stream live on CBS and Paramount at 5 p.m. PST. The official Grammys website has said, “the telecast will be reimagined to raise funds to support wildfire relief efforts and aid music professionals impacted by the wildfires in Los Angeles.” Via Grammy.com, “The Recording Academy and MusiCares have already pledged $1 million to aid music professionals”.
Performers include Benson Boone, Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter and many more. Three of whom are also nominees for: Song of The Year, Album of The Year and Record of the Year.
There will also be a tribute to the late producer Quincy Jones, known for his work with Michael Jackson on songs like “Billie Jean” and “Thriller”.
