The same owners that opened Vagabond in Bel Air introduce a new place, the Frosted Rooster. Frosted Rooster is a restaurant known for selling ice-cream sandwiches. The place currently opens at 12pm and closes at 8pm. With a current 5-star review, it is said that they have excellent ice cream, cookies, and fast and friendly service.  Ben Meyer, the owner of the businesses, grew up in Bel Air and also graduated from Bel Air High School.
