Last week, the Environmental Club met most of the week to work on their showcase and video in Mr. Hedelson’s room. The club split into two groups. One group was to work on the video and the other to work on the showcase. Some members were floaters going from one group to another.

 Each group had one leader but everyone pitched in and gave their ideas. The video is for the morning announcements to promote recycling. The showcases are right outside of the Bay Ecology Room. It is on the first floor, in the A-wing. They made the showcase to promote recycling as well as composting. The Environmental Club is also in a competition. Schools all over is competing to collect the most cans and recycling.

 The Environmental club is still open for new members. They meet every week on Wednesday after school unless announced otherwise.
