Girl Swimmers at the HCPS Championship

On Tuesday, February 6, 2018, the Girls of the Bel Air High School Swim team competed in the HCPS Girls Swimming Championships against their county rivals.

The girls placed second out of teams just behind North Harford High School who placed first.

Bel Air was led by Varsity swimmers, Becca Entner, Eliza Cohen, and Broxa Benesh. Bel Air started the meet with a second place finish in the Girls 200 Yard Medley Relay, girls, Becca Entner, Eliza Cohen, Sydney Mika, and Emma Manno, finished second behind North Harford. In one of the final events of the night, Bel Air High Schools Eliza Cohen finished first in the Girls 100 Yard Breaststroke.

“I am so proud of my team and I am so proud of how we competed and how we performed,” Said Varsity Swimmer, Lily Tsomos.
