On Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2016, students from around the county who participate in Sports for Life competed in a Bocce Ball Tournament at Bobcat Stadium.

Bel Air High School had three teams this year due to the large number of participants.

The Bel Air students that participated included Olivia Lioi, Jacob Falmer, Ryan Snyder, Brandon Snyder, Bandon Lai, Bingham Taddeo, Abbey Collins, Jake Smith, Briana Merritt, Victoria VanBeek, and Phillip Loftus.

The mentors of the event included Alex Boebel, Anthony Boebel, Caroline Phelps, Kathryn Hotem, and Carson Hite.

“The tournament was a lot of fun, as always. We are all winners!” Says Deane Clark, a teacher at Bel Air High School.

The high schools that took part in the tournament included C. Milton Wright, Fallston, John Archer, Harford Tech, North Harford, Future Links and Patterson Mill.
