On Wednesday, Oct. 19, the Boys’ Varsity Volleyball Team hosted the Patterson Mill Huskies.

The Bobcats came out strong in the first set, taking it with a final score of 25-16. The Bobcats kept the momentum going in the second set, winning 25-11.

In the third set, the Bobcats defeated the Huskies 25-19. To look to capture their fifth straight win, the Bobcats traveled to C. Milton Wright on Monday, Oct. 24, to face off against the Mustangs.

“After our win against the Huskies, we’d hoped to take our momentum to C. Milton Wright to capture another victory.” Says junior Alex Andrew.

In a hard fought battle with C. Milton Wright, the game was all tied up at 2 sets a piece, but the Mustangs managed to slip away with the victory. Although the Bobcats lost the match, they still maintain a pretty impressive record of 10-2.

“We played the Mustangs tough,” Andrew explains, “but in the fifth set, they managed to slip away with the victory.”

Come out and support the Bobcats on senior night, Wednesday, Oct. 26, as they look to take on Fallston.
