Boys’ Volleyball Remains Undefeated

On Monday, Sept. 19, the Boys’ Varsity Volleyball Team faced off against the Harford Tech. Cobras at home.
This was the Bobcats’ greatest challenge yet, as the Cobras took the Bobcats to five sets. Bel Air struck first, taking set one by a close score of 25-23.
Harford Tech bounced right back in the second set, winning with a score of 25-21. Bel Air and Harford Tech. split the next two sets, with the Bobcats winning the third set 25-18 and the Cobras taking the fourth set 25-20.
“We played well but Harford Tech just kept bouncing back,” says Junior Alex Andrew. “In the fifth set, we were able to gain momentum and take the W in this close battle with the Cobras.”
Determined to win, the Bobcats came out strong and won the fifth set with a final score of 16-14. Bel Air moves on 3-0 this season.
“This was our toughest game yet,” continues Andrew, “but we held our ground and got a hard earned victory.”
Bel Air looks to remain undefeated this season as they travel to Patterson Mill on Wednesday, Sept. 21, to compete against the Huskies.
