On Monday, Oct. 19, 2015, the Varsity Lady Bobcats traveled to Patterson Mill and defeated the Huskies 4-1.

Bel Air began the first half with Senior Gabby Encarnacion scoring the first goal of the game with no assist. The rest of the half was primarily a defensive half with Senior Keeper Andrea Sipos making five solid saves in goal.

After halftime the Bobcats took the field and Encarnacion scored her second goal of the game with assist from Sophomore Lexi Kraemer. Kraemer then scored two goals with assists from Encarnacion and Senior Rebekah Riley. With a score of 4-1, the second half concluded, and the Bobcats had won yet another game.

“Defensively, we did very well. The field is a tough one to play on, and we adjusted. We need to work on making sure our clears are solid. Offensively, our forwards connected really well and played an amazing game. What needed to be improved was how involved our midfielders are,” shared Head Coach Clemmer on the performance of the team.

Bel Air plays an away game at 4 pm against Mt. de Sales on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015. Go Lady Bobcats!
