On Thursday, Oct. 8, Bel Air Boys’ Varsity Soccer took on the Fallston Cougars, defeating the Bobcats, 4-1.

In the first half, Fallston put up 2 goals to give the Cougars a 2-0 lead.

Bel Air, down by 2, knew that they had to wake up in the second half if they wanted a chance to comeback in this game.

Senior Ryan Wills commented about his team’s performance. “We weren’t connected as a team. We weren’t playing our ‘A’ game.”

5 minutes into the second half, Captain Dan Milad scored on a penalty to cut the deficit down to 1. That goal would not be enough, as Fallston would score 2 more times to give them the victory with a final score of 4-1.

Ryan wills commented about the loss. “The loss was a tough one, considering Fallston is one of our biggest rivals.”

Hopefully the Bobcats can get back onto their winning track, as they only have 4 games left in the regular season.
