On Tuesday, Sept. 29, Bel Air Boys’ varsity soccer tied their rivals North Harford in the midst of a downpour at Bobcat stadium.

The Bobcats were very dominate in the first half against North Harford putting up many shots on net but could not find the back of the net. When the first half concluded, the score was 0-0.
When the second half began, senior Dan Milad scored 2 minutes into the second half to put the Bobcats up 1-0. With 23 minutes remaining in the second half, North Harford scored to tie things up at 1-1

Senior Daniel Milad commented about the first half saying “Our defense stepped and pressured well, and we had a few good chances as attack too.

The game would eventually go to 2 overtimes where it became a defensive battle between the two teams. When the buzzer sounded, the game ended as a tie with a final score of 1-1.

“I think we played decent, considering we had to adjust to the pouring rain,” said Milad.

The Bobcats are looking for a victory against Havre de Grace on Thursday, Oct. 1 at Bobcat stadium.
