On Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014, the BAHS Boys’ Cross Country team, along with the Girls’ team’s top runner Emily League, ran in the State Cross Country Championship at Hereford High School. The Boys’ team placed 7^th overall.

Freshman Kieran McDermott had the leading time of 17:18.5 and placed 22^nd. He was shortly followed by Senior Casey Sims and Junior Austin Weiss with a times of 17:42.2 and 18:00.1, placing 41^st and 53^rd. Senior Emily League had a time of 22:10.5 and placed 59^th.

League said, “The boys did amazing at states! There were so many teams and it was a great way to end the season.”
