On Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2014, the BAHS Cross Country Team ran in the UCBAC Chesapeake Divisionals Meet. The Boys’ team placed second and the Girls’ team placed third.

Freshman Kieran McDermott had the leading time for the Boys’ team of 16:35.70 and placed second. He was closely followed by Junior Austin Weiss who had a time of 17:11.10 and placed tenth. Senior Emily League had the leading time for the Girls’ team of 21:08.37 and placed eighth. She was closely followed by Junior Meghan Thompson who had a time of 21:20.59 and placed fourteenth.

Sophomore Lauren Davie said, “The entire team ran so fast yesterday and so many people PRed. I can’t wait to see how we run at the upcoming UCBAC meets.”
