On Sept. 9, 2014, the BAHS Boys’ Cross Country team won the home meet against Fallston and North Harford, while the Girls’ team came in second.

Freshman Kieran McDermott had the leading time of 17:39:00 and placed 2^nd for the boys’ team. Sophomore Natalie Fell had the leading time of 23:29:00 and placed 6^th.

Fell stated, “I think our team had a really great start to the season and I’m really excited to see how we improve.”

At the following Fair Hill Invitational Meet on Sept. 13, 2014, the BAHS Boys’ Cross Country Team placed 8^th and the Girls’ team placed 13^th.

Freshman Keiran McDermott had the leading time of 17:30:70 once more and placed 29^th for the boys’ team. This time, Senior Emily League had the leading time of 21:58:00 for the girls’ team and placed 50^th.

League commented, “Our first invitational meet went really well! Everyone ran awesome, despite the pouring rain and mud.”
