The Bel Air Girls’ Basketball Team took on the Elkton Elks at Bel Air High School on Jan. 23, 2014. The Bobcats played a great game all around, dominating on both sides of the ball.

The Bobcat defense really stood out in this game as they only allowed Elkton to score 7 points in the first half. The Bobcats led Elkton 28-7 at halftime. The Bobcats took their defense to a whole other level in the second half giving up a measly 2 points. With their strong defense and efficient scoring, the Lady Bobcats cruised to a 53-9 victory. The leading scorers for the Bel Air were Megan Barnett with 9 and Annalise Paylor also scoring 9.

The next game for the Lady Bobcats will be next Tuesday, Jan. 28 at Bel Air High School against the North Harford Hawks.
