Yesterday evening, September 13th, Bel Air High School hosted its annual back to school night. This event gives parents the chance to meet their children’s teachers and gain feedback on how they are doing with their classes. Teachers give each parent a summary of their class curriculum and allow them to ask questions. There were informational meetings for each grade as well as tables with different resources for parents to better help their children expand their opportunities with education.
Mrs. Amanda Bowden, social studies teacher, shared the best part of back-to-school night is, “getting to meet parents and get a face out in the community.” She also shared that “It’s been energetic, there has been lots of people.”
Parents can email teachers for more information if they weren’t able to attend.
