The 2018-2019 El Adios yearbooks were distributed to 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students during lunch periods on September 18, 2019.

The theme of last year’s yearbook was “Beyond the Scenes.” It is the 93rd volume of the El Adios yearbooks.

There were 15 members of the yearbook staff last year working to produce the book, and the yearbook staff Advisor is Mrs. McCourt. The 2018-2019 “Beyond the Scenes” theme was a large change of pace from the simpler yearbooks before it.

“Yearbook was my favorite class last year. It was lots of fun to work in that business-esque environment and see the members grow as a team and as a family,” said Sarah Entner, junior and Coverage and Film Strip Editor of last year’s El Adios yearbook.

The theme for the 2019-2020 yearbook is “Multifaceted,” as a tribute to the various personalities, activities, and unique pieces of Bel Air High School. The El Adios staff is larger than it was last year, and there are four returning members of the staff.

“My hope for this yearbook is that it is a bigger success than it was last year and we hopefully sell more books. I want the senior class to have a book that they want to buy to remember their last year,” said Miranda Krausman, senior and Finalization Editor of the yearbook.

The 2019-2020 yearbooks should be available for purchase later during the fall.
