On September 27, 2017, the Boys’ Varsity Volleyball team took on Edgewood in their seventh game of the season. The Bobcats took the win over the Rams with a score of 3-0.

The game was away at Edgewood High School and started at 3:30 P.M. Bel Air beat Edgewood to 25 points every set and kept their winning streak alive. Boys’ Varsity remains undefeated this season and are the only team in the county who currently have not lost.

Our team had excellent plays from Seniors, Andrew Sunday, Spencer Sanza, Evan Thatcher and more! This game, every single team member played at some point, which significantly helped take the team to victory.

“It was very entertaining to watch the game. Everyone played really well and it was overall a pretty easy game”, said Varsity manager, Angel Whitaker.

Edgewood only has a Varsity team, so it was only the Bel Air Varsity team who played against them. The Junior Varsity team has a record of 2-4 and plays next week.

“It is super exciting that we won another game. Varsity is doing so well this season and I can see them going far this year”, said Junior Varsity player, Jack Thompson.

The Boys Volleyball teams are doing very well this year. Come out to their next game on Monday, October 2 at Havre De Grace High School and support the Bobcats.
