From Monday, September 18^th, 2017 through Friday, September, September 22, 2017, the National Honor Society will be selling Kindness Rocks during school lunches with all funds going towards Hurricane Relief.

For the cost of only $1, you can paint a Kindness Rock any way you want to while adding a caring and uplifting message. All of the rocks themselves will be sent local assisted living centers, so the kind messages you write on these rocks really could be the thing that brightens up those senior citizen’s day and puts a smile on their face.

The United States has been ravaged by natural disasters this year, with Hurricanes Irma, Jose, and Harvey all decimating parts of the country and many people losing their homes and belongings. The money raised by these Kindness Rocks will go towards providing those effected with food, shelter, and medical attention.

Kindness Rocks are a great, fun activity that allow for somebody to showcase their artistic abilities while also providing vital help and compassion for those in need. Kindness Rocks just…rock.
