There’s No Rain On Our Parade: BAHS Brings Back the Homecoming Parade

Ali McSpadden

On Friday, Oct. 3, 2014, Bel Air High School will be having the annual Homecoming Parade at 6 p.m. throughout the town of Bel Air.

The Homecoming Parade is a way for all Bel Air students to come together in honor of Homecoming the following day, Saturday, Oct. 4.

The parade will include athletic teams, bands, clubs, and the famous “Chick-Fil-A” cow. Even though certain people will be in the parade, everyone is welcome to watch.

Athletic director and teacher at Bel Air High School Mr. Blackburn said, “I think the Homecoming Parade is a nice way to get everyone together and celebrate our homecoming.”

Bel Air High School has had homecoming parades in the past. However, the school did not have a parade last year.

Blackburn said, “As an athletic director as of this year, I thought it was important to bring the Homecoming Parade back to Bel Air.”

Come out and have a good time watching the homecoming parade to support Bel Air High School.
