On Nov. 21, 22 and 23, The Bel Air Drama Company shocked the audience with their performance of The Mousetrap.

This year’s production of The Mousetrap excited many people due to the play’s identity as a classic murder mystery. This year, during intermission, people got the chance to put a paper mouse on a portrait of the character they thought was the killer.  Most nights, Miss Casewell, played by Sarah Graham, got top votes for being the killer. In accordance with the Drama Company’s request, the identity of the killer will not be revealed.

Junior Carolyn Todd commented on what she thought about the play, “I thought it was fantastic! Brett Klock (Christopher Wren) was great at acting his character, I loved the ending!”

Each night, during the final scene when the killer is revealed, the audience gasped, and clung to the edge of their seat.

All the hard work the cast and crew of The Mousetrap put into this production was very much appreciated by the audience and paid off in the end. Congratulations cast and crew, you deserve it!
