On Friday, Sept. 5, the Marching Band will make their debut at the first home football game of the season against North East High School at 7 p.m.

The marching band has a large repertoire of songs that they have played at the football games. The three that they will be performing Friday night are, Land of Make Believe, Wake Me Up, and Attitude Dance.

To practice, the marching band will go out during multiple class periods during the school day to march while playing their songs. Jenna Coster, a senior member commented, “We also prepare by going to Band Camp over the summer.”

With the new season comes brand new routines. Make your way out to the game at 7 p.m. Friday night to cheer on the football team but to support the marching band as well.
