On Sunday, September 15, 2013, the Bel Air Festival of the Arts will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Shamrock Park on Hickory Avenue in Bel Air.
The Bel Air Arts Festival is a profitable event for locals to sell art, jewelry and clothing. Most jewelry is handmade by talented artists. There are also food tents and live performances. Food includes pit beef and pit turkey and all profits from food concessions go directly to benefit the Bel Air Park and Recreations.
The Art Festival is an annual event, and this is the 13th year it will be held. Admission is free including a free shuttle bus service providing transportation from the MVA Parking Lot to Shamrock Park. All day parking will be available at the Bel Air Parking Garage.
The Arts Festival offers a great opportunity for early holiday shopping. Kids are welcome to come and join. Events that will be held for them include craft tents, face painting and other activities. Remember the event will be held rain or shine!
