It’s May! You know what that means? AP exams! Are you taking any AP classes? Are you taking the AP exam? Are you stressing because you haven’t been studying for it? Well, stress less! Below are a few steps to help you reach your goal of a 5/5 on the exam.

• Attend review sessions. Most AP teachers hold review sessions after school a few weeks prior to the exam day to help students prepare for the test. This will allow students to ask questions to teachers that they don’t get a chance to go over during class. Ask your teachers for more information on these review sessions.
• 5 steps to a 5! Ironic right? There’s a book called 5 steps to a 5 made for AP courses. This book will guide you and help you study for your exam. If you’ve been cramming, then buy this book and get studying!
• Take practice AP tests. There’s plenty of websites where you can take practice tests to test your knowledge and review over notes such as appracticeexams.com and many more! These websites will help you recall many things you’ve learned throughout the year and will be very helpful as the date for your exam gets closer.
• Make flashcards! You can never go wrong with a little extra help of flashcards! This is the most convenient way to study. You can take your flashcards and study them anywhere! This is very useful for remembering definitions and words that you’ve learned or even forgotten.
• Last but not least, plan study groups! Find a few friends who are taking the same AP courses as you and meet up somewhere such as the library or even at your house to study. This will be beneficial because you can ask your peers and work together if you have any questions! You can never go wrong with seeking help from your friends.
