On Monday, Oct. 17, the Boys’ Varsity Volleyball Team traveled to Harford Tech to face off against the Cobras.

The Bobcats got off to an early start on the road, taking the first round 25-19. The Bobcats came out just as strong as they did in the first set, winning yet another set 25-16.

In the third set, Harford Tech fought back hard, but not hard enough as the Bobcats slipped away with a win by two and a set victory of 26-24. This is the Bobcats’ third consecutive sweep.

“We were on fire in the first two sets.” States junior Alex Andrew. “In the third set, Harford Tech gave us a fight, but we managed to pull through and pick up another win.”

The Bobcats move to 9-1 on the season. Bel Air only has three more games in the regular season as they still have to face Patterson Mill, C. Milton Wright, and Fallston.

“We are a great team and we are going to keep working hard so we can pick up three more wins to finish off a tremendous year.” Andrew says.

The Bobcats’ next game is on Wednesday, Oct. 19, and they will be hosting the Patterson Mill Huskies.
