-Trivia Crack App: If you haven’t heard about this game already, you’re probably living under a rock. The addicting new trivia game has friends battling against each other to win ‘characters’ through random categories ranging from sports to music and many more. The game is extremely popular because of its ability to play against friends and the constant stream of questions that are either easy or teach the user a new fact.
-Hanukkah:  This week marked the beginning of Hanukkah, the Jewish holiday known as the ‘Festival of Lights’. Happy Hanukkah!
-The Voice: The 7th season of the hit NBC reality series ‘The Voice’ concluded this week. The top 4 included 3 members of Team Adam and only 1 member of Team Blake. The night was full of guests like Ed Sheeran, Hozier, and Fall Out Boy, but the biggest moment came during the last few minutes of the show as the top 2 were announced. It was Team Adam’s Matt McAndrew, a strong fan favorite, against Team Blake’s Craig Wayne Boyd. In the end, Team Blake’s Craig Wayne Boyd won the record deal and $100,000. Season 8 will feature judges Pharrell, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and Christina Aguilera.
-The Interview: The controversial movie starring Seth Rogen and James Franco has been pulled from major theaters all across America after the Sony hack within the past few weeks. Hinted terrorist attacks caused many big name movie theaters to decide not to show it. The movie showed North Korea/Dictator Kim Jong-Il in a satirical way, causing the hackers/terrorist groups to comment on the idea of the movie being played. Many believe the censorship of this movie is wrong and many of Hollywood’s actors are up in arms about it. We will just have to see how this plays out.
